Enerflow is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for its employees, customers and the community in which it operates in.  Enerflow's greatest asset is our people. That's why we've developed a comprehensive training program that helps ensure their safety – and that of our customers – in the shop or in the field.  New staff are given a thorough safety orientation covering important aspects of the company's policies and procedures.   And existing staff undergo regular training updates in compliance with established standards

Enerflow is please to receive the health and safety Certificate of Recognition "COR" which is awarded to companies who have a Health & Safety program that meets certain approved standards.  The program is driven by Industry Recommended Practice.   This is a volunteer program of measurement against a company's Health & Safety program practices.   By participating and gaining a Health & Safety Certificate of Recognition, companies may qualify for Workers Compensation Board (WCB) provincial rebates.

The Regular COR is maintained with a renewal audit every three years and maintenance audits in each of the two interim years.

Enerflow has an Internal Auditor on staff for the maintenance audits.
