Trailer mounted Frac Pumper with a Cummins QST30 1500 HP, powered through a Twin Disc transmission .

The unit features a SPM 1600 LW Triplex Pump with centrifugal boost pump and manifolding. The Enerflow ECAMS™ control system is run from a touch screen so that the operator selects the discharge rate and pressure that he wants to pump at as well as an automatic pressure test function capability.

180,000 SCFH, 10,000 psi "Non Fired" Nitrogen Pumper

Mounted on a Kenworth T800 truck chassis designed for the oil and gas industry.  The unit features a 3000 gallon nitrogen storage tank, positive displacement triplex pump and nitrogen vapoizer.   

The Enerflow ECAMS™ control system is run from a touch screen so that the operator selects the discharge rate and temperature that he wants to pump at as well as a maximum pressure that the system should not exceed. The system controls the speed of the triplex pump to maintain the discharge rate without exceeding the maximum allowable pressure and also controls the water brake system that makes the heat that is used to vaporize the nitrogen.

This unit has superior control over other types of pumping units in the industry.

Cold Weather Technology

"Headed for Alaska" Designed for severe cold weather is the multipurpose Down-Hole Injection Pump Unit used for pumping multiple products such as sea water, produced water, fresh water, diesel, methanol, corrosion inhibitor, demulsifier, defoamer etc.   The featured unit is designed to accommodate fluid handling in stainless steel DOT 406 tanks.  Fluids are pumped with a triplex pump powered by a 550 horse power diesel engine.  ECAMS™ control system allows for precise control of the unit functions.

COIL TUBING TECHNOLOGY

Enerflow is proud to introduce the new dry powder hydration unit with twin mixers. This hydration unit is an oilfield fracturing fluid proportioning system designed for continuous proportioning of powder gel to form a fracturing base fluid for oil well stimulation jobs. Features include twin hoppers and mixers, hydraulic system, hydration tank, suction pump, chemical additive pumps and ECAMS™ control system.
