Quality Assurance Coordinator
POSITION FUNCTION:
The QA Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the management of quality aspects for ongoing fabrication projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Audit Special Process documentation and process records to ensure compliance with all API Q1 and License requirements.
- Technical Inspection activities.
- QA Systems Manual document control activities.
- Coordinate vendor audits.
- Assist in the maintenance of job files.
- Maintain the NCR, CAR & PAR System.
- Maintain calibration documentation.
- Assist in Internal Audit activities.
- Coordinate Management Review activities.
- Data trending and analysis related to the quality system.
- Maintain a through understanding of API audit protocol and requirements, communicate or clarify to others when necessary.
- Perform various administrative tasks to facilitate ongoing maintenance and support for the API certification.
- Working efficiently, safely, adhering to Enerflow Industries Safety policies.
- All other assigned or associated tasks and duties to help meet or exceed the customer expectations and company goals.
- Maintains all company information as confidential.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Training in the applicable API standards an asset.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in API applications an asset.
