Marketing Graphics Coordinator
POSITION FUNCTION: The Marketing & Graphics Coordinator position assists with design, coordination, and implementation of corporate communication projects that align with Enerflow Industries Inc. overall strategy and business goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordination, design and production of corporate communication pieces, including updates to websites, sales support materials and technical documents.
- Manage preparation and distribution of marketing materials to meet deadlines
- Create, edit and proof read marketing materials, including website content, newsletters and sales support materials.
- Coordinate marketing, sales and technical groups to facilitate marketing functions (i.e.: brochures, trade shows, etc.)
- Perform general clerical duties
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Set up and coordinate employee and company visitor travel (air/land, lodging)
- Research advertising in all media for niche markets
- Create and broadcast email campaigns to subscribers.
- Send press releases
- Update web pages
- Develop quality links from social media sites.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, marketing pieces
- Desktop publishing skills such as Photoshop a definite asset
- Competent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flash Products
- Familiarity with file conversations to various color formats, resizing graphics to appropriate resolutions for web and print.
- Multi-Media degree an asset
EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of advertizing and printing process
- Experience in marketing coordination/graphics role
