Inventory Control

  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• All Parts technicians will have experience and work in all areas related to the Warehouse Operations.
• Perform the functions of Shipping and Receiving when required
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
• Unpack code and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
• Maintain internal, manual or computerized record-keeping systems.
• May operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, tool room, supply room or other area.
• Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for usage both internally and for each job number.
• Distribution of tools from the tool crib.
• Verification of part number locations and proper inventory control.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with OEM production systems an asset.
• Some experience in a warehouse operation

• Must communicate well with others throughout the organization.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
